The pastor or district/network superintendent can request assistance, when damage has occurred, due to a natural disaster, by calling our office at 417.862.2781 ext 3020 or by emailing [email protected] or you can download an AG Disaster Relief Application (PDF), here.
Approval
Your completed application should be sent to AG Disaster Relief, 1445 N. Boonville Ave, Springfield, MO 65802 or[email protected]. AG Disaster Relief will review the applications and partner with your district office to determine need for and amount of assistance you qualify for. You will be notified of our decision.
